Deshalb schätze ich Dinge wie das Mixtape Peebooo’s HeadNodShit von DJ PB: Hier ist drin, was draufsteht, und das sind 68 Minuten Kopfnickershit vom Feinsten. Spätestens ab Real Live mit Pop The Trunk (Track 3) ist man überzeugt, dass man hier einen guten Fang gemacht hat. Dabei sind Def Squad, K-Solo, Biggie, Shan, Special Ed, Lench Mob, South Central Cartel, dazwischen Helden wie Curtis Mayfield oder Bobby Womack für die Seele, die neuere Schule vertreten Leute wie Torae oder Action Bronson… ich hatte es letztens gesagt, es scheint ein gutes Jahr zu sein für Mixtapes mit Mucke von früher. Dieses hier ist ganz vorne mit dabei.
